The challenge

As Multi Palma grew into a dynamic, multifaceted business, it needed a sophisticated ERP to manage rapid growth and complex operations — particularly its manufacturing activities centred on the weighbridge system. The company needed to enhance workflows, improve inter-departmental collaboration, and ensure data integrity and compliance across its plantations and mills.

Our solution

Omnisoft guided Multi Palma through a smooth transition to Odoo. We developed a custom module for their palm oil mills — integrating their weighbridge and IoT devices for precise operational tracking, with direct integration into their accounting systems for real-time financial insight.

We also enhanced their inventory management, payroll and financial reporting. Crucially, training was delivered in Bahasa Indonesia, ensuring seamless adoption across the team.
